Online Watercraft Sticker Registration

First, please complete and submit the “Online Rules Questionnaire”. (this is the same yellow form that has traditionally been filled out when you purchase your stickers in person) Next, you will need to fill out a “Watercraft Information Form” for each craft you register.

Once your information is received, we will review it, verify your membership and bill you for payment of your sticker(s). If you chose Electronic payment you will receive an electronic invoice from us with a link to pay your invoice with credit card or ACH payment. If you chose, pay by mail, we will send you an invoice through the mail. If you need assistance please contact the Clerk whose information can be found on our Contact Us page.

Sticker Information

• Yearly Sticker Placement: Trailer stickers for vehicles left at the boat ramp parking must have a SHPOA sticker on the trailer as shown above. Boat stickers must be visible and placed in the middle of the boat for easily identification. Boats without stickers need to be reported to the Lake Patrol.

• Lot Numbers: All watercraft must be marked with letters not less that three (3) inches high with the number of the lot of Shawnee Hills Subdivision that is owned by the owner of the watercraft. The lot number shall be placed in the middle of the watercraft on each side thereof.

• Operation of Watercraft: All powered watercraft on Lake Shawnee must have an eligible SHPOA member on board, either as the operator or as a supervising passenger. No guest may operate a watercraft while alone!
