Maintenance Request Form
The maintenance committee would like to implement the ability for residents to submit their maintenance requests online. This will provide a clear record of when the request was submitted. We are asking for your lot number to verify residents and email/phone to notify of completion or ask for more details. We also encourage sending photo attachments when needed to info@shawneelake.org, currently this form does not support uploading attachments.
